      1. Insurance Agency Cluster: An insurance agency cluster refers to a group of independent insurance agencies that come together voluntarily to pool resources, share expertise, and enhance their competitive position in the market. Clusters typically have a common affiliation or association but maintain their individual agency identities. They collaborate on various aspects such as marketing, technology, training, and access to insurance carriers. Clusters allow smaller agencies to leverage the advantages of scale and collective bargaining power while maintaining their independence.

      2. Aggregator: An insurance aggregator is a platform or marketplace that aggregates premiums from multiple insurance agencies. Many of their services are online and offer little community, support, or training. They will sometimes offer a bonus commission. Insurance aggregators are highly transactional.

      3. Partnership Program: A partnership program involves a strategic collaboration between two or more entities, typically an insurance company and a market access provider. The administrator aims to provide specific insurance products or services to the agencies.
