What do I do if I can't print my policy?
When you purchase a Mexico Tourist Auto Insurance policy or a motorcycle or RV Insurance policy, you will be emailed the following items:
- Receipt of payment
- The declaration page and the terms and conditions of the policy
- A link with a user ID and Password that allows one to retrieve these items.
If you didn't receive any of these or are having trouble locating them, you can use one of the following links to access your account:

- MexiPass: Access Here
Using one of these links you may log back into the site to perform the following functions with the username and password that was emailed upon purchase:
- Download and reprint a policy
- Request a new policy from previously issued policy information
If you have not received a confirmation email, you cannot retrieve the purchased policy and re-email or print it, or are experiencing other problems, contact us at (877) 334-7646.
